The Skin Fixer booking policy
A $50 deposit is required when you book. This is non-refundable for cancellations or changes of mind, but it goes toward your treatment or product purchase on the day. If you cancel and rebook, your deposit stays on your account and is applied to your next appointment. If you pay by card, it can't be refunded or swapped for a gift voucher on the same booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 100% forfeiture of the reserved service amount. No-shows and late cancellations will require a new $50 deposit to rebook.

The Skin Fixer is a one-woman, appointment-only clinic. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened, but the full cost still applies. Every minute is reserved just for you, so if it's cut short, that time can't be recovered.
Please arrive at your scheduled time rather than early. This is a one-on-one space and arriving ahead of time can disrupt the session before yours.
